The following documents are to be submitted for Registration:

a) For students being admitted from Pre-K to Grade 1:Current medical records or Ministry health records

•  Copy of child’s Civil ID.
• Copy of father’s Civil ID.
• Copy of father’s nationality if Kuwaiti.
• Copy of child’s birth certificate.
• Copy of the father’s passport (or that of the assigned guardian).
• Five (5) recent passport size photographs of the student with blue background.
• Copy of student’s Passport (both personal details and Residency page).

b) For students being admitted to Grade 2 and above:

• Current medical records or Ministry health records
• Copy of child’s civil ID.
• Copy of father’s Civil ID.
• Copy of father’s nationality if Kuwaiti.
• Copy of child’s birth certificate.
• Copy of the father’s passport (or that of the assigned guardian).
• Copy of student’s Passport (both personal details and Residency page).
• Copy of last report card. (For students entering Grade 11 or 12, copies of all report cards from Grade 9 to previous year to determine High School Diploma prerequisites).
• Good behavior report from current school (Form F092).
• Five (5) recent passport size photographs of the student with blue background.
