The minimum requirements to be shortlisted for an interview are:
- A 4-year Bachelors Degree from a tertiary institution (online degrees are not acceptable)
- Must be English proficient (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- A qualification in Education, or Teacher-certified
- Experience in teaching in a school (2 years or more preferred)
- Highly adaptable to a new culture
- Excellent classroom management strategies
- Enthusiastic, with a passion for teaching
